Role: Business Analyst

Location: Remote, US with occasional travel

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and facilitate comprehensive requirements gathering sessions (functional and technical) across all impacted stakeholder teams.
Analyze, document, and consolidate business and system requirements specific to Salesforce.
Collaborate with technical and functional SMEs to create a detailed plan and process flows.
Serve as the primary liaison between business users and the technical implementation team.
Support project planning activities, including defining scope, objectives, and deliverables.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Business Analyst, specifically on large-scale CRM projects.
Experience using AI tools (Claude) for capturing requirements is highly desirable.
Strong analytical, planning, and communication skills to effectively manage and consolidate requirements from diverse groups.
