OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Security Installation Technician to join our team in Southern Pines, NC. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of security systems for our valued clients. Responsibilities- Install and configure security systems, including alarms, cameras, and access control systems.
- Conduct site assessments to determine the best security solutions for clients.
- Troubleshoot and repair existing security systems as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients during and after installations.
- Maintain accurate records of installations, service calls, and inventory.
- Stay updated on the latest security technologies and industry trends.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient project completion.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in security systems preferred.
- Proven experience in security system installation and maintenance.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and wiring.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
