In this role, you will provide comprehensive speech and language therapy services to patients ranging from birth to geriatric age. You will be responsible for assessing and interpreting evaluations, developing treatment plans, and documenting patient progress. Your work will include: Conducting assessments and interpreting test results for a diverse patient population Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and physician referrals Providing specialty services such as swallowing evaluations, cognitive treatment, and voice therapy Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care Maintaining accurate documentation in electronic health records Providing training and in-services for staff and student education To be successful in this role, you will need: A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution Certification of clinical competence in Speech-Language Pathology from ASHA A valid, unrestricted Speech-Language Pathology license Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Need 2 years experience in setting COVID-19 vaccine (medical and religious exemptions may apply) Apply today and let Capstone Health help you reach your full potential!
