Delegado/a Especialista Ventas Oftalmologa

Job Title

Como Delegado Especialista de Oftalmologa, en el rea Retina, para las indicaciones de Edema Macular diabtico, oclusin de vena de la Retina y Uvetis.

Your main functions will be the following:

• Improve the quality of life of patients and consolidate ethically pharmaceutical products with profitability, leadership, and productivity.
• Establish Action Plans to maximize territorial productivity and potential: analysis of the territorial situation, territorial evaluation, participation and growth versus competitors, KPIs, competitor actions.
• Define and implement actions and/or investments necessary to achieve objectives.
• Evaluation and follow-up on the impact on the results of the area.
• Achieve and maintain an optimal level of knowledge of products, competitors, pathologies, and sales process.
• Sustain and increase the image of the company leader in the care of health.
• Perform hospital visits promoting the products under their responsibility.
• Customer loyalty and identification of potential customers, as well as current and future leaders of opinion.
• Implementation and follow-up of activities oriented to the sale.
• Implement commercial strategies to ensure the fulfillment of sales objectives of the brands under their responsibility.
• Establish relationships with a wide base of contacts related to the health care of patients focusing on the needs of these.
• Create, maintain, and expand sales in their area.
• Provide medical scientific services and information.
• Know in depth the profile of their products and those of their competitors, as well as the profile of their doctors and patients.
• Implement the strategies of the business unit.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Health Sciences.
• Previous experience of at least 2 years in commercial positions of hospital sales.
• Previous experience ideally in Ophthalmology
• High level of English.
• Availability to travel.
• Residence in Valladolid or Salamanca
• Work area: Castilla y Len
