Sales Coordinator

Sales CoordinatorSparrow Company is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Sales Coordinator to support sales and customer service operations for a leading cement manufacturing company in El Paso, TX. This contract position will provide administrative and sales support by processing orders, preparing sales reports, assisting with pricing and invoicing, maintaining accurate customer and sales information, and coordinating activities between sales, customer service, and credit teams. The ideal candidate is organized, accountable, and able to manage multiple priorities while providing excellent service to customers and internal teams.Responsibilities and Duties:Generate and maintain accurate sales reports and related documentationProcess customer orders accurately and in a timely mannerProvide administrative support for pricing and invoicing activitiesMaintain and update customer, sales, and order information in internal databases and systemsAssist with resolving customer questions, concerns, and issues in a professional and timely mannerCoordinate information and activities between sales, customer service, and credit teamsProvide administrative and sales support to the sales team as neededReview orders and documentation for accuracy and completenessMaintain organized and accurate customer and sales recordsAssist with gathering and organizing information for reports and internal requestsCommunicate with customers and internal departments to obtain and provide necessary informationIdentify discrepancies or issues and communicate them to the appropriate department for resolutionFollow up on orders, invoices, pricing information, and customer requests as neededPrioritize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracyMaintain confidentiality of customer and company informationPerform other duties as assignedRequirements and Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent requiredOne (1) to three (3) years of administrative, sales support, customer service, or related experienceStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft OfficeExperience working with spreadsheets, reports, data entry, and administrative documentationExcellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsStrong customer service skills and a customer-focused approachHighly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracyStrong sense of accountability and follow-throughAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesAbility to work independently with minimal supervision and effectively as part of a teamStrong problem-solving and organizational skillsAbility to communicate effectively with sales, customer service, credit, and other internal departmentsExperience with SAP preferred but not requiredAbility to work Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM, with occasional Saturday shiftsAbility to commit to the contract assignment through approximately March 2027Applicants may be subject to a background check.*A pre-employment screening may be required as a condition of employment.*A conviction does not automatically disqualify you from employment.
