We are currently seeking a qualified Desktop Support Technician to join our client's team onsite in Bloomfield, CT.Duties and Responsibilities:Provide install, move, add, change (IMAC), break-fix and end user support activities as requiredStage, build, and image systems with standard client imageComplete assigned projectsFollow asset management policy and proceduresSkills and Qualifications:Minimum 2+ years of desk side support service experienceWorking knowledge of MS Windows Operating SystemsWorking knowledge of MS Office Suite and basic business applicationsExcellent analytic / troubleshooting skillsExcellent communication skillsExcellent customer support skillsBasic knowledge of networks, telecom, and computingWage Range: The rate for this position is between $28.20 - $37.60 per hour, unless local minimum wage is higher. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
