Role Description This is a full-time Real Estate Agent role located in San Antonio, TX. The Real Estate Agent will represent buyers and sellers in real estate transactions, including conducting property showings, preparing and presenting offers, and guiding clients through negotiations and closing processes. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and following up with leads, maintaining relationships with current and potential clients, and staying informed about local market trends, property values, and inventory. The role involves creating and updating listings, hosting open houses, coordinating inspections and appraisals, and ensuring all documentation complies with legal and regulatory requirements. The Real Estate Agent will collaborate with internal teams and external partners, such as lenders, inspectors, and title companies, to support smooth and timely transactions. Qualifications Active Real Estate License and strong knowledge of real estate laws, contracts, and local regulations Experience in Real Estate and Real Property transactions, including buying, selling, and leasing Sales skills, including prospecting, lead conversion, negotiation, and closing Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust, communicate clearly, and respond to client needs Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple clients and listings Proficiency with standard office software, MLS systems, and digital marketing tools Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed for client appointments Previous experience in the San Antonio real estate market is a plus; bilingual skills are beneficial Plans Available Experienced Agents: $400/Mth - Unlimited Transactions or 10% per transaction with a 10k CAP. #J-18808-Ljbffr Redberry Realty
