A growing higher education organization is seeking an Enrollment Services Associate to guide prospective students through the enrollment journey while delivering exceptional customer service.

What You’ll Do:
• Connect with prospective students through high-volume outreach and interviews
• Provide guidance on educational programs, student services, and enrollment processes
• Build relationships and support students from inquiry through matriculation
• Collaborate with financial services and campus teams to ensure a seamless student experience
• Manage follow-up activities, maintain detailed records, and meet performance goals

What We’re Looking For:
• Associate degree (preferred not required)
• 3+ years of customer service, admissions, recruiting, or sales experience
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• Experience working in a high-volume, goal-driven environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
