SUMMARY

Manage all inbound sales opportunities, complete retentions of the customer that want cancel their services, providing new price proposals and manage all their service issues.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Manage sales opportunities of existing Customers and new prospects that require basic WorldNet products.
• Complete Retention efforts for Non-VIP Accounts that are not assigned to Sales Executives.
• ID trends and provide the Customer's feedback to the Management of any situation that may affect the WordNet ability of retain the Customer Base.
• Provide back up to the Outbound Sales Initiatives.
• Provide back up to the Customer Services Calls/emails.
• Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Associate's degree and two years of call center/ customer service experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

• Ability to communicate with different personnel within the Customer.
• Ability to plan and prioritize work effectively.
• Work effectively under pressure.
• Good business judgment and decision-making.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Problem solving.
