Complimentary orthodontic treatment for you and your immediate family and a uniform allowance. $26.00 to $29.00 per hour. Work-Life Balance: Enjoy a 34-hour work week, Monday through Thursday. Our typical schedule— depending on your location, would be 1-2 days in Portland and 1-2 days in Vancouver. Travel pay is available when traveling from your home base to the other state. How You’ll Make An Impact Creating Exceptional First Impressions – Welcome new patients with warmth and enthusiasm, setting the tone for their orthodontic journey. Patient Education and Treatment Planning – Work alongside the orthodontist to present treatment options, utilizing educational tools to help patients understand their care journey. Building Patient Relationships – Review health histories, understand treatment goals, and serve as a trusted liaison between patients, doctors, and referring dentists. Practice Growth – Follow up with potential patients, track conversion metrics, and contribute to practice development. Professional Communication – Generate correspondence for referring dentists and maintain detailed patient records. The Teammate We’re Looking For 1+ years of dental or orthodontic office experience preferred Professional sales experience considered an asset Treatment Coordinator experience a plus Knowledge of dental treatment plans and insurance requirements Certified Dental Assistant certification an asset Demonstrated leadership abilities Growth mindset and eagerness to learn.
