Train, mentor, and develop team members in customer service and food safety. Manage inventory and assist with budgeting to maintain profitability. Utilize Aloha POS systems for order management and reporting. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the restaurant. Qualifications Proven experience in shift management within a restaurant or fast casual environment. Familiarity with Aloha POS systems or similar technology is preferred. Background in baking is a plus. Strong understanding of kitchen operations and food safety standards. Excellent communication skills and ability to lead by example.
