We are seeking a permanently remote Client Service Operations Associate to join our team. We will provide you with equipment to work from home, but you will be expected to have a workspace where you can work comfortably full-time. This position is only open to candidates in Pacific and Mountain time zones.Compensation:Salary range of $80K-100K, commensurate with relevant experienceGreat work/life balance with a Monday-Friday schedule401(k) with company contributionGenerous PTO policy & paid holidaysProfessional, rewarding, motivating atmospherePermanently remote positionResponsibilities include:Respond to client requests with timeliness and accuracy in mind, with the goal of handling most client requests without advisor oversightAssist advisors with client meeting prep and follow-up tasksNew client onboarding including account setup, data collection, and account transfersProcess account opening applications, transfer paperwork, money movements and/or other various industry-specific administrative and operational tasksOwn the annual client service workflows including beneficiary audit, plan update info gathering, tax doc gatheringPrivate equity administration including subscription agreements, wire requests, and distributing statementsWe are a team that is always striving to improve our processes, and we ask our team to help identify areas for improvement.Requirements:3 years of financial services experience and prior remote working experience. Client service experience strongly preferred.Warm communication style and comfortable reaching out to clients over email and phoneExperience with our software is not required, but it is a plus: Wealthbox, Schwab, Altruist, eMoney, Orion, PreciseFP, NitrogenAbility to prioritize tasks, problem-solve, and meet deadlinesOrganization skills & attention to detailAbility to work independently while prioritizing projects and managing your timeTech savvy with ability to learn and implement new technology and software quicklyAbility to communicate well and work in a collaborative environmentAbility to follow office processes and policies related to office operations & client privacyThe process:Qualified candidates will start the process with a 15-30 minute Zoom interview conducted by our recruiting consultant.
