Harbor IT is seeking a remote-first Help Desk Technician II to join our Service Delivery team. You will own tickets end-to-end, mentor Help Desk I staff, and escalate to the Pod Manager as needed to ensure uptime, security, and SLA standards for healthcare and life sciences clients. The role emphasizes strong Microsoft 365/Azure expertise, AD and MFA, EDR, and network basics, with occasional on-site client visits and a focus on secure, compliant operations. #J-18808-Ljbffr Harbor Networks
