Position Overview:
Seeking an MSP Support Technician / Engineer II to serve as the escalation point for Tier 1 support while providing high-level technical support across client environments. This role will troubleshoot complex Microsoft, networking, security, VoIP, and infrastructure issues while maintaining excellent client service.

Required Skills:
• 3–5+ years of MSP or IT Support experience
• Strong Microsoft 365 experience
• Windows Server & Active Directory
• Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs)
• Firewall administration
• Enterprise switching experience
• VPN and remote access support
• PSA/RMM tools (ConnectWise preferred)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Preferred Skills:
• CompTIA Network+, Security+, CCNA, or Microsoft certifications
• Azure and cloud technologies
• VoIP experience (SIP, AbsoluteVoice, Netsapiens)
• Datto, Veeam, or similar backup technologies
• Intune, Conditional Access, MFA implementation
• EDR/MDR and cybersecurity tools

Responsibilities:
• Escalation point for Tier 1 support
• Troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Active Directory, networking, and security issues
• Support firewalls, switches, wireless networks, and VLANs
• Diagnose VoIP and SIP-related issues
• Support virtualization, servers, and storage environments
• Manage incidents and SLA-driven tickets
• Work within ConnectWise and IT Glue
• Participate in on-call rotation
• Assist with M365 migrations, onboarding, and infrastructure projects
