Advising clients on acquisitions, divestitures, capital raises, refinancing strategies, and strategic alternatives. Developing sector coverage plans and identifying actionable opportunities for clients. Partnering with research, capital markets, and investment banking teams to deliver solutions. Mentoring junior bankers and managing deal teams. Attending industry conferences, client meetings, and investor events to grow relationships and generate business. Monitoring commodity, capital markets, and industry trends to uncover new opportunities. Building and maintaining a pipeline of prospective clients and mandates.
