Perform a range of routine payroll activities with established skills and under moderate supervision, demonstrating proficiency in day-to-day payroll operations. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CPP or FPC) are a plus. Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in payroll processing or administration, preferably in a corporate environment. Technical Skills: Proficiency in payroll software and systems; strong understanding of payroll regulations and compliance requirements. Analytical Skills: Ability to identify and resolve routine payroll issues using established procedures; strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
