Duties and Responsibilities: Lead the accounting and finance function, overseeing the full P&L. Manage monthly close, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. Oversee inventory, cost accounting, and cost-saving initiatives. Ensure audit readiness, internal controls, and compliance. Report financial and sustainability metrics to the parent company. Supervise and develop one direct report. Partner with plant leadership and international headquarters to support business objectives.
