Sevita is seeking a compassionate Direct Support Professional for 3rd shift to provide person-centered care in a home and community-based setting. In this role, you’ll support individuals with disabilities or behavioral health needs through overnight supervision, personal care, medication reminders per policy, and safety monitoring. You’ll assist with routines, documentation, and light housekeeping while promoting independence and dignity.
