Direct Support Professional

Sevita

As a Direct Support Professional at Sevita, you’ll provide compassionate, person-centered care to individuals with diverse abilities in a community-based setting during 2nd shift. You’ll support daily living activities, personal care, medication reminders, and transportation, while encouraging independence, skill-building, and community engagement. In this role, you will follow individualized support plans, accurately document services, and collaborate with clinical teams and families.
