Retail Production Designer

Schedule: Full-Time | Onsite Only (No Remote) Hours: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pay: $37–$39/hr Department: Marketing Summary Wheeler Staffing Partners is seeking a Retail Production Designer (Graphic Designer) to support U.S. Field Operations marketing across nationwide retail locations for a retail financial services company specializing in collateral-based lending. The role focuses on creating customer-facing in-store materials that support promotions, drive traffic, and improve conversion in a high-volume retail environment. The ideal candidate brings strong design and production experience with retail marketing assets, including point-of-sale signage, large-format graphics, promotional displays, window graphics, and print-on-demand materials. This role requires managing multiple projects while maintaining strict brand standards and production accuracy. Responsibilities Design and produce retail marketing materials including: In-store signage, posters, banners, flyers, pricing tags, and promotional collateral Window graphics and large-format retail displays Print-on-demand assets and in-store digital screens Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Field Leadership, and Print Vendors to execute campaigns Support seasonal and promotional campaigns including holidays and major sales events Prepare production-ready artwork using proper print specifications (CMYK, bleeds, crop/fold marks, finishes, etc.) Ensure brand consistency across all retail marketing materials Develop design concepts optimized for retail customer engagement Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment Review proofs and production files for accuracy and quality assurance Work directly with print vendors to resolve production or design issues Support updates to centralized marketing and print-on-demand systems Qualifications 3–5 years graphic design experience Associate’s Degree or higher preferred Strong retail in-store marketing background (multi-location experience preferred) Portfolio showing retail campaigns and print production work Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator Strong typography, layout, and visual hierarchy skills Experience with large-format graphics and signage production Familiarity with print vendors and print-on-demand workflows Understanding of retail compliance and customer-facing standards #J-18808-Ljbffr Wheeler Staffing Partners
