We are seeking a reliable Punch Press Operator to join our production team. Starting pay is $20.00-$28.00/hr based on experience.

In this role, you will set up and operate heavy-duty mechanical/hydraulic punch presses (up to 150 tons) to stamp and form precision parts. If you take pride in producing quality work in a hands-on manufacturing environment, we’d love to speak with you.

Key Responsibilities

• Machine Operation: Safely set up, load, and operate heavy punch presses (20-150 ton capacity).
• Material Handling: Load feeding mechanisms and dies; handle heavy materials and finished parts safely.
• Quality Inspection: Visually inspect stamped parts using standard measuring tools to ensure specs are met.
• Setup & Tooling: Assist with die changes, aligning tooling, and setting machine parameters/guards.
• Safety & Maintenance: Maintain a clean workspace, observe all plant safety procedures (Lockout/Tagout, Machine Guarding), and perform basic daily machine checks. Requirements & Qualifications
• Experience: Previous punch press or metal stamping experience is a strong plus (will train candidate with good mechanical aptitudes).
• Physical Demands: Heavy lifting required regularly (handling heavy dies, stock, and parts). Must be able to stand, bend, and lift throughout an 8-hour shift.
• Skills: Ability to read simple blueprints, use measuring tools (calipers/micrometers), and follow safety guideline
