Responsibilities
- Operate packaging machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- Assemble aluminum products according to company standards.
- Inspect finished goods to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.
- Prepare materials for shipment, including labeling and palletizing.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines.
- Adhere to company policies, safety protocols, and quality standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
- Prior experience in assembly, machine operation, or packaging is a plus but not mandatory - we'll train the right candidate!
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Physical ability to stand, lift, bend, and work on your feet for extended periods.
- Availability to work either 1st shift (morning) or 2nd shift (afternoon/evening).
