Registered Dental Hygienist – Dearborn MI
A well-established, patient-focused dental practice is seeking a dedicated Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join their close-knit team. This office values a true family atmosphere and prioritizes doing what is right for patients over “selling” treatment. They are looking for someone who will feel like a long-term family member, not just a team member.
Schedule
- Monday: 8:30 AM – 7:15 PM
- Thursday: 7:30 AM – 4:15 PM
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly Rate: $50–$60/hr
- Production Bonus: Yes
- Clinic Coats: Provided
- Scrub Stipend: Available
- Paid Sick Time: Offered for part-time employees, aligned with new Michigan employment laws
Practice Details
- Team Size: 8
- Operatories: 5
- Hygiene Schedule: Single-column; 1-hour appointments
- Hygiene Assistant: Provided on Mondays
- Dental Software: Curve Hero
