Registered Dental Hygienist – Dearborn MI

A well-established, patient-focused dental practice is seeking a dedicated Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join their close-knit team. This office values a true family atmosphere and prioritizes doing what is right for patients over “selling” treatment. They are looking for someone who will feel like a long-term family member, not just a team member.

Schedule

Monday: 8:30 AM – 7:15 PM
Thursday: 7:30 AM – 4:15 PM

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly Rate: $50–$60/hr
Production Bonus: Yes
Clinic Coats: Provided
Scrub Stipend: Available
Paid Sick Time: Offered for part-time employees, aligned with new Michigan employment laws

Practice Details

Team Size: 8
Operatories: 5
Hygiene Schedule: Single-column; 1-hour appointments
Hygiene Assistant: Provided on Mondays
Dental Software: Curve Hero
