We are seeking an energetic and professional Dental Front Desk Receptionist to join our busy dental practice in Dearborn, MI. This role is key to providing exceptional patient service and ensuring smooth office operations. Technical Skills: Familiarity with dental practice management software is an asset.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Reception:
Greet patients warmly as they arrive and check them in efficiently.
Answer and direct phone calls promptly, ensuring each inquiry is handled professionally.
Appointment Management:
Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments using dental office software.
Maintain an organized calendar to maximize the efficiency of the office.
Insurance & Billing Support:
Verify insurance details, assist with billing inquiries, and process payments.
Ensure accurate documentation of patient records and transactions.
Administrative Tasks:
Manage patient files, update records, and maintain a clean and welcoming reception area.
Assist with general office duties as needed to support the dental team.
