Dental Receptionist

GREAT DENTAL RECEPTION OPPORTUNITY

Duties of the receptionist will include:
Answer the telephone, screen and direct calls
Prepare patient charts in anticipation for daily visits
Greet patients upon arrival
Check patients in for dental service and verify any changes in information
Notify other staff members of the arrival of patients
Verify Insurances
Collect Copays
Other duties as assigned
Candidate Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Dentrix Software Knowledge
Must have a positive, friendly attitude.
Must have great written and spoken verbal skills

Pay

$22~$25 per hour

Salary Details
We are seeking a skilled Dental Office Receptionist to provide exceptional patient service and administrative support.
Responsibilities include greeting patients, scheduling appointments, answering phones, collecting payments, filing insurance claims, managing patient records, maintaining office inventory, assisting patients, and keeping the office clean.
Dentrix is a plus, experience required.
