Integrated Visiting Physician Solutions PC (IVPS) brings the doctor’s office to senior or elderly homes, who; otherwise cannot find the transportation to make an appointment with their PCP. In addition, we make visits to senior settings such as: assisted living facilities, group homes, and other senior community environments. Our medical providers are not limited to only Internal Medicine providers, but we also offer other ancillary services such as: Psychology, Pain Management and Podiatry. JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a positive, well spoken, energetic individual who is able to answer telephones and help with minor tasks that might come about in the office. Our competitive advantage is our people, we try out best to invest as much knowledge into our staff. • Answer the telephones
• Assist the Office Manager, and help out the Medical Schedulers
• Helping out patients understand their concerns and triage calls to the correct person.
• Help manage patient referrals
• Scanning documents and properly uploading them to the EMR
• Sorting out medical documents
• Returning patient calls
• Strong knowledge of technology

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Must be familiar with all Microsoft Office products
• Must have a great phone voice
• Must have worked in a medical office in the past
• Must be able to multi-task
• Must be able to be respectable to all staff members
• Must be willing to take direction
• High School Diploma/GED
