Our agency opened in 2022 and has experienced tremendous growth every year — and we’re just getting started. I’ve been with State Farm since 2015 and have spent the past decade building a career centered around helping people protect what matters most. Originally from Minnesota and a graduate of the University of Minnesota–Twin Cities, I’m passionate about serving our community and creating opportunities for others to grow personally and professionally.

Our team is currently small but mighty, with two full-time members and one part-time intern, and we’re looking to expand. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Michael Theisen - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
• Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
• Assist with customer retention strategies.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
