Exterior Wood Technician

1st Shift | Monday-Friday | 7:45 AM - 4:30 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking a hands-on Exterior Wood Technician to support exterior building refurbishment projects at a residential community. This role involves repairing stucco, replacing damaged wood, performing light painting, and using hand and power tools to restore building exteriors.

Responsibilities

• Repair and patch exterior stucco surfaces

• Replace damaged exterior wood and trim

• Perform paint prep, sanding, scraping, and light painting

• Measure, cut, and install wood materials

• Safely operate hand and power tools

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Work closely with a teammate to complete projects on schedule

• Follow safety procedures and quality standards

Requirements

• Experience with stucco repair and patching

• Carpentry and wood repair experience

• Skilled with hand and power tools

• Ability to read a tape measure accurately

• Experience with paint preparation and basic painting

• Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused

• Own tools preferred

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Buena Park, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
