- Provides direct patient care, evaluates functional needs and outcomes, and consults with other specialists.
- Designs and implements a plan of care for patients based on thorough assessments.
- Documents evaluations, treatment goals, and plans, updating documentation as needed.
- Provides direction and leadership to staff and acts as a resource to promote physical therapy in the community.
- Physically demanding environment requiring lifting and transferring patients.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) approved physical therapy program.
- Current, unrestricted PT license valid for the state of work.
- Minimum one (1) year of experience in a healthcare facility.
- Must have valid drivers license, automobile insurance, and reliable transportation.
- Able and willing to travel within the branch/office coverage area.
