Hospice Hospital Partnerships & Admissions Specialist

Hospice of Michigan, Inc. in Dearborn seeks a full-time liaison to support business development within hospital settings. You will cultivate and sustain partnerships to drive referrals, admissions, and education of key constituents, including discharge planners, physicians, and nursing staff, aligning with NorthStar Care Community objectives.
