When all of your Student Worker application materials have been received, please stop by the Human Resource Services (P118) office to submit new hire paperwork. All employment is contingent upon Human Resources performing a background check, which is required by law. It can take up to two weeks for approval from the time your application materials are received. Note: Your application will not be approved until all required items have been received by Financial Aid and Human Resources.

• Unofficial transcripts for confirmation of degree (if minimum qualifications require a degree). The successful candidate will be required to submit official transcripts at time of hire
• Certifications/Credentials as required for fulfillment of the minimum qualifications.
