Role Description This is a full-time role for a Speech Language Pathologist, based in Stevensville, MD, with opportunities for remote work. The role involves evaluating, diagnosing, and treating individuals with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders. Additional responsibilities include developing tailored therapy plans, collaborating with families and caregivers, documenting progress, and participating in team meetings to address individual client needs. The Speech Language Pathologist will also work closely with other therapeutic professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care. Qualifications Expertise in Speech Therapy, Speech, and treatment practices for Communication Disorders Experience with Language Disorders and Dysphagia assessments and therapies Proficiency in developing individualized treatment plans and monitoring progress Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for working with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field Required licensure and certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of Maryland Experience working with pediatric populations or individuals with special needs is preferred Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Kinera Foundation Inc.
