Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• State licensure or eligibility for licensure as required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, though strong Clinical Fellows will be considered
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload and adapt therapy approaches

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with speech, language, or communication challenges
• Deliver direct and consultative therapy services to students, both individually and in small groups
• Maintain accurate records and progress notes in accordance with school and legal requirements
• Work closely with teachers, support staff, and families to facilitate student growth
• Provide resources, strategies, and support to classroom staff for generalization of speech and language goals
• Participate in IEP meetings, staff trainings, and ongoing professional development
