In a world of disruption, our solutions empower organizations to navigate challenges seamlessly, enhancing their HR capabilities and fostering a resilient workforce.QualificationsRequired:6+ years of experience implementing Workday HCM Cloud with at least 4 full life cycle implementationsBachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of relevant experience required6+ years’ hands on experience in multiple Full Life Cycle implementations of the Workday HCM product, from planning through design, build, testing and go-live6+ years’ experience leading a project team, including managing workstream leads to drive their work towards project deadlines and deliverables that are on target and beyond client expectations4+ years’ managing project financials, including monitoring and managing project risks/issues and taking appropriate action to ensure an exceptional project completion for the clientAbility to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serveLimited immigration sponsorship may be availablePreferred:6+ years of experience supporting Workday implementations or optimization effortsWorkday certification in 1 or more functional areas6+ years of Experience working in consulting solutions for Fortune 500 or equivalent clients.4+ years of experience mentoring and developing junior staff through on boarding, skills development or performance reviews.Experience leading client workshops and requirements sessionsThe wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $141,200 to $278,300.You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
