We are looking for a licensed real estate agent who wants to work directly with buyers, stay engaged in the market, and build valuable sales experience while earning rewarding commissions. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, touring properties, and helping clients move confidently through the home search process.

You will meet with prospective buyers, coordinate property tours, show homes, and help clients evaluate different properties and neighborhoods based on their goals. Consistent buyer interaction will give you the opportunity to improve your communication, strengthen client relationships, and develop a deeper understanding of the local real estate market.

Our team participates in the Zillow Flex program, creating opportunities to connect with active buyers and develop new client relationships. You will learn how to conduct stronger buyer conversations, uncover motivation, identify important criteria, and maintain consistent follow up as clients move from their initial search toward making a purchase.

As your experience grows, you will gain practical exposure to offers, purchase agreements, negotiations, financing, inspections, and transaction coordination. Coaching and mentorship will help you understand each stage of the buying process while developing the skills needed to provide knowledgeable and professional service.

Compensation:

$150,000+ at plan commissions

Responsibilities:

• Promptly return all buyer client telephone calls, texts and emails to uphold our agency’s standards of client service
• Coordinate with clients, listing agents and home sellers to schedule showings on a timely basis
• Educate yourself on local communities and listed properties in order to knowledgeably answer clients’ questions
• Assist the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients that meet their needs and budgets that results in more sales
• Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes and then show them additional homes that meet those criteria

Qualifications:

• Professional in attitude and appearance
• Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
• Can spend a large amount of time driving

• Real Estate License Required
