Accounts Payable Specialist

Pay: $23–$25/hour, depending on experience

Wallwork Truck Center is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team! If you’re detail-oriented, dependable, and enjoy working with numbers in a fast-paced environment, this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Do

Process invoices and ensure bills are paid accurately and on time
Capture available vendor discounts
Review and verify proper GL coding and approvals
Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
Maintain accurate accounts payable records
Work closely with vendors and internal departments
Help keep our AP processes organized and running smoothly

What We’re Looking For

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience with GL account reconciliation
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Great organizational and communication skills
Dependable, team-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
