Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – School-Based Contract

Huckeye Health Staffing is seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to provide in-person speech therapy services at Wingate High School in Fort Wingate, New Mexico.

Position Details

• Pay: $100/hour
• Schedule: 3 days per week
• Hours: 8 hours per day
• Approximately: 24 hours per week
• Setting: School-based / In-person

Required Qualifications

• Previous Speech Therapist / Speech-Language Pathologist experience
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current and active New Mexico Speech-Language Pathologist license/certification
• Strong communication, assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills
• Ability to work effectively with students, school personnel, families, and other professionals

Responsibilities

• Evaluate students’ speech, language, communication, and related needs
• Develop and implement individualized speech therapy treatment plans
• Provide direct speech-language therapy services
• Monitor and document student progress
• Participate in care/education planning and interdisciplinary collaboration as required
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
