Remote NP: Neurology & Memory Care Telehealth Clinician

Local Infusion is seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner in Maryland for a remote, patient-facing role delivering care to Neurology and Memory Care patients via telehealth. You will assess, develop care plans, and manage treatment in collaboration with supervising physicians, educate patients and families, and maintain accurate EMR documentation while ensuring continuity of care.
