Helpdesk Specialist

The Contractor shall provide staff with an in-depth and broad base of knowledge on the supported ECWM capability, including functional aspects of software solutions and the level of technical and functional support required to manage the day-to-day operations of the Tier II help desk for ECWM. Provides trouble shooting support to a user community employing computer systems and networks. Diagnoses problems and provides applicable remedies. May serve as a team leader in operations. Minimum Requirements Experienced in computer hardware and software systems. Minimum (2) years of experience Understands how programs use computer hardware. Shift supervisor or lead diagnostician experience Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority. Bachelor’s Degree Must possess IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive security clearance or Tier 3 (T3) at time of proposal submission.
