In this role, you will:
• Lead a production team to meet targets and keep the workplace organized and safe.
• Use your insight to strengthen safety, boost quality, and streamline operations.
• Inspire your team through clear expectations and hands-on coaching—be the reason they shine!

We’re looking for:
• Supervisory experience in manufacturing (2+ years preferred)
• College degree or equivalent professional experience
• Availability for 3rd shift (10:45 PM – 6:30 AM) and overtime as needed
