Manager of Sterile Processing - Evening Shift - North Carolina
Education:
- Required: Two-Year Surgical Technology Course or CRCST/CSPDT
- Preferred: Associate s or Bachelor s Degree
Certifications:
- CSPDT or IAHCSMM (CRCST) certification required
Experience:
- 3+ years in Sterile Processing
- 2+ years in a leadership/supervisory role
- Strong communication, technical, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of OR instrumentation, aseptic technique, and infection control
Department Details:
- 7 Team Leads, 80 FTEs
- Uses SPM Workflow system
- Supports: Endo, OR, CVOR, L&D, Inpatient & Outpatient Ambulatory Clinics
