Forklift Operator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 18.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 05:00am to 01:30pm)

Job Details:

• Operate stand-up, high reach, and sit-down forklifts to safely move, store, and retrieve products throughout the warehouse.
• Use RF scanners to complete receiving, put-away, order picking, inventory tracking, and shipping tasks accurately.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Load, unload, stack, and transport materials while meeting productivity, quality, and safety standards.
• Assist with general warehouse duties and safely lift up to 40 lbs while standing, bending, and working throughout the shift.

Forklift Operator Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 months of recent experience operating a high reach, stand-up, or sit-down forklift.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and stand, bend, and work throughout an 8+ hour shift.
• Experience using RF scanners and following warehouse safety procedures.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen and communicate effectively in English. Reliable transportation to Hanover, PA required.
