Compensation: $110K-$150K DOE

Location: Monroe, WA


Our client is an established commercial mechanical contractor delivering complex HVAC projects across the Puget Sound region. They are currently seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Project Manager to oversee awarded plan and specification projects from kickoff through closeout. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving successful project outcomes across all phases of commercial mechanical construction.


Responsibilities

• Manage commercial HVAC plan & specification projects from award through completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal field teams.
• Process RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
• Track project costs and financial performance.
• Conduct project meetings and maintain clear communication with owners and general contractors.
• Ensure quality, safety, and schedule expectations are consistently achieved.
• Successfully close out projects while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial HVAC project management experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing plan & specification mechanical construction projects.
• Strong understanding of commercial HVAC installation and construction processes.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
