$120,000 – $150,000

Our client, a large and well‑established organization, is seeking an Accounting Manager to join their corporate accounting team. This role will be hybrid.

Key Responsibilities of the Accounting Manager

Prepare and review quarterly and annual SEC filings in coordination with internal and external teams
Review financial statement disclosures, footnotes, and supporting documentation
Partner with business units to resolve accounting questions and ensure GAAP compliance
Support M&A activity, impairment analysis, and implementation of new accounting standards
Improve disclosure controls, streamline reporting processes, and enhance efficiency

Ideal Background for the Accounting Manager Manager

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; advanced degree preferred
CPA strongly preferred
7–10 years of progressive accounting or financial reporting experience
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements

Accounting Manager Salary: $120,000 – $150,000
