The company holds more than $200 billion of client assets as a part of its wealth management and investment services The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for the recruitment efforts of the Northwestern Mutual - Gilbert Office. They will execute office recruiting plans, including sourcing, community engagement, and process engagement, to reach office contract goals. Critical competencies in this position include: interpersonal savvy, priority setting, strong verbal and written communication skills, and drive for results. Primary Responsibilities Execute network office recruiting plan to reach activity & productivity goals Source high quality candidates Manage candidate selection process as the main point of contact through each stage Master information and language regarding all aspects of the roles you source for and each step of the selection process Review resumes and schedule initial interviews Conduct pre-screen and initial interviews of all candidates entering the process. Conduct subsequent interviews as needed Maintain database of recruiting & selection activity in the ATS Report weekly and monthly activity to leadership team Develop qualified lead strategies Actively participate in community clubs and organizations to promote NM Develop and coordinate advertising & marketing strategies Other Duties Provide support to leadership team for recruiting & selection efforts Be resourceful in problem solving throughout the recruitment process Travel to career fairs and COI appointments as needed Maintain effective candidate notes and ensure all reports are updated in a timely manner Qualifications Bachelor’s degree; or 5+ years of equivalent work experience 3+ years of professional work experience, preferably in sales, recruiting, or related field Experience in the financial services industry a plus Experience with prospecting; generating leads via phone or face-to-face interactions preferred Demonstrated knowledge of sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed) Strong network of personal/professional advocates or community involvement #J-18808-Ljbffr
