Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Job Summary

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports the recruiting and onboarding process by coordinating candidate activities, scheduling interviews and new hire events, and ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and internal stakeholders. This role partners closely with recruiting, onboarding, and hiring teams to manage administrative tasks, maintain accurate records, and facilitate efficient hiring operations. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, tech savvy, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and interview teams.

• Prepare, distribute, and track pre-employment paperwork and onboarding documentation.

• Assist with candidate screenings and support recruiting workflows.

• Coordinate New Employee Orientation (NEO) scheduling and logistics.

• Communicate professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the hiring process.

• Maintain accurate recruiting and onboarding records within applicable systems.

• Support the Talent Acquisition team with administrative and operational recruiting activities.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and attention to detail.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Previous experience in talent acquisition, recruiting coordination, human resources, or an administrative support role preferred.

• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn recruiting and HR systems.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.

• Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

• Tech savvy with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes.

• Outgoing, professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a hybrid environment with the flexibility to work in the office 3-5 days per week.

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
