Mid-Market Account Executive

We’re hiring a founding Mid-Market Account Executive for a fast-growing, seed-funded AI company that automates corporate finance and accounting. Its AI agents plug into NetSuite, QuickBooks and Sage Intacct. Finance teams cut 80–90% of repetitive work and close the books in 1–2 days instead of 10. The AE team is growing from 4 to 10 by the end of January.

What you’ll do

• Run full 3–4 month sales cycles with CFOs, Controllers and finance leaders at companies with $100M–$1B in revenue, on deals of about $100K–$400K ACV

• Work pipeline from a dedicated 1:1 BDR and referrals, so you sell instead of prospect

• Run technical discovery on revenue recognition (ASC 606), month-end close, cash and reconciliation, and build the business case for AI

• Ramp over 6 months to a $2.4M quota

• Help shape the early GTM playbook as a founding member of the sales team

What we’re looking for

• 3–15 years of experience. xhqgsiq Ideally a CPA (Big 4 audit, then private accounting) who moved into fintech or accounting software sales

• Experience closing $50K+ ACV mid-market deals and selling directly to CFOs or Controllers

• Clear, engaging communicator who earns trust with finance leaders

• Able to work on-site in Midtown New York 5 days a week (3–4 days for regional commuters)

• US citizen or Green Card holder (no visa sponsorship)

Compensation: $135K–$180K base, $270K–$360K OTE (50/50 split), and up to $15K in relocation support.
