Re-entry Services Program Manager

Responsibilities Provide direct supervision, coaching, and performance management for case managers Support staff in developing and implementing high-quality, individualized service plans aligned with participant goals Conduct regular check‑ins, case reviews, and supervision meetings to ensure accountability and professional growth Identify training needs and support ongoing staff development Oversee accurate, timely, and compliant data entry in the organization’s case management system Review case notes, service plans, assessments, and participant records for completeness, quality, and alignment with internal policies Monitor program implementation to ensure fidelity to grant requirements, internal policies, and service models Serve as a key liaison between frontline staff and senior leadership Requirements 3-5 years of experience in a program manager role or equivalent Experience supervising case managers or direct service staff in a human services, nonprofit, or reentry-focused environment Strong working knowledge of case management systems, documentation standards, and data quality oversight Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable holding staff accountable while providing supportive leadership Committed to trauma-informed, equity-centered, and participant-driven service delivery Clear, professional, and effective communication across diverse teams Adaptable, solutions-oriented, and motivated by continuous improvement #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
