Position Overview Performance Contracting is seeking an experienced Project Engineer for its PCI Atlanta 101 operations, based in Fayetteville, GA. This position is safety‑sensitive. Salary range: $78,900 – $106,000 annual salary plus a non‑guaranteed annualized bonus program. Job Responsibilities Perform labor control on assigned projects, including setup and maintenance Prepare RFIs and submittals Quantitative takeoffs to verify estimates, order materials, and price change orders Create and implement job schedules and coordinate with field supervisors and foremen Create and manage punch lists and job closeout documentation Support the Quality Control measures outlined in the QA/QC program Assist in other duties as assigned Basic Requirements Must have at least 2 years' experience supporting or managing construction projects Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products (e.g., Excel, Word, etc.) Possess a clear understanding of how to read and interpret specifications and drawings Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Ability to learn new skills by engaging in the technical job functions and applying new skills as they’re learned Strong customer service skills and relationship‑building abilities Ability to prioritize and multitask while handling multiple projects concurrently Motivated self‑starter with strong work ethic and a willingness to take initiative Works well under pressure and deadlines Possess critical‑thinking and problem‑solving skills Preferred Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, or related discipline Experience managing specialty scopes of construction OSHA certification Local to the Atlanta metro area is preferred Benefits Competitive pay Incentive bonus plan Employee stock ownership plan (ESOP) 401(k) retirement savings plan with match Medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision insurance plans with flexible spending account option Life insurance, AD&D, and disability benefits Employee assistance program (EAP) Flexible paid time off policy and paid holidays PCG provides equal employment and affirmative action opportunities to applicants and employees without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability.
