Dir., Clinical Data Transparency, EHDS

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Director to lead the European Health Data Space programme, providing strategic and operational oversight of regulatory compliance, governance, and implementation across multiple business functions and geographies.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver EHDS strategy, governance, operating model, and implementation roadmap
• Lead integrated programme planning across regulation monitoring, strategy, technology, data cataloging, and change management
• Establish programme governance structures, decision rights, and oversight of risks, issues, and dependencies
• Direct resource allocation, capacity planning, and external support across workstreams
• Drive stakeholder alignment on scope, priorities, and sequencing across multiple business functions and geographies

Requirements

• Extensive experience in large-scale, cross-functional programme management in regulated environments
• Deep understanding of healthcare regulatory frameworks, particularly European Health Data Space requirements
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex matrix organizations and manage enterprise-wide dependencies
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills across multiple business functions
• Experience translating regulatory requirements into sustainable operational and technology capabilities
• Project governance, risk management, and strategic roadmap development expertise
